Founder and owner of FEA, Leo is a practicing engineer with more than 33 years of experience in numerous professional areas. He directs the firm’s design of mission critical utility systems for data centers, critical manufacturing processes and broadcast facilities, drawing on his extensive experience in project management, telecommunications, data center power systems, uninterruptible power systems, high and medium voltage utility design and cogeneration. Leo is also responsible for the technical staff, management and design aspects of the firm.
As the firm’s Director of Electrical Engineering, Rafiq manages electrical projects and acts as key client interface for major projects. He oversees the design development phase and detailed design of the electrical systems for electrical projects and assists project engineers during the construction phase. He has 19 years of experience in electrical engineering design, with specific expertise in high and low voltage electrical distribution, motor controls, UPS systems and mission critical power distribution, lighting, fire alarm and communications systems.
Bill is the firm’s Director of Mechanical Engineering. He has more than 34 years’ of experience in engineering management and construction management, and professional design experience in R&D, mechanical design, manufacturing, clean room design, general HVAC design and communications and data center cooling systems. He is also holder of two United States Letters patents.
